Welcome from the Head of School
I am very proud to welcome you to Stanford Primary School, either as an
existing parent, prospective parent or as an interested member of the community.
Stanford Primary School is a small, diverse and vibrant school with pupils who are both enthusiastic and confident. The size of the school enables staff to know each child incredibly well. Our pupils are aged from Nursery to Year 6. All children work hard to be: Organised, Confident, Resilient and Co-operative as these are our ‘Keys to Success’.
The school has a dedicated team working hard to raise standards and ensure children have excellent opportunities. We have built important and successful relationships with parents, governors, the local community and other schools in the PACE Academy Trust. Stanford joined PACE in October 2018; PACE have a proven track record of promoting excellence in all of its schools.
We are developing an exciting and innovative curriculum which will: give all pupils the opportunity to be successful, develop a wide range of skills, prepare children for the future, and give opportunities to work both inside and outside of the classroom on a weekly basis. Our children have some fantastic facilities including a large playing field, a gated woodland area and extensive play areas.
But what makes Stanford special? The children. They are fantastic ambassadors and they would be delighted to meet you.
There is too much to tell you via the website alone. I would be very happy to give you a tour of the school - please call the school office to arrange a visit.
I look forward to meeting you and giving you the opportunity to see what Stanford has to offer.
